Victoria was awesome! From the minute I walked in she greeted me and was able to answer all my questions. She took me for a test drive and was not high pressure and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I traded in my 2017 vehicle and felt that I received the best possible trade in value she could provide. I was not sure about the amount I wanted to finance and she thoroughly explained my options, pros and cons of each. She sat with me to set up My Chevy app and assisted me with ordering my extras such as floor liners and cross bars. I then met with Nick from Financing where he throughly explained all warrantee information and what was covered, as well as my Financing terms. I was impressed by the online document management system! My next stop was an inspection sticker, pulled right in and a gentleman took care of me and gave received a text when complete, very professional service department!

It was fine. My only complaint is why do you send coupons if you can’t use them. It’s pretty frustrating for the consumer. Do better.
